Wine making process:

Classical Rose wine- making, in steel reservoirs single vine.

Characteristics:

Shiny salmon color with mild sweet aromas of strawberry and citrus rose. Dry, medium-bodied, high acidity and minerality resulting in pleasant fruity aftertaste.

Food pairing:

Accompanies excellent medium-bodied dishes such as poultry, fish, salmon, seafood, fresh fruits and salads. Serve between 7-12 degrees.
