Wine making process:

Hand harvested and carefully selected indigenous grapes and aging in Caucasian oak.

Characteristics:

Shiny ruby color with soft aromas of ripe blackberries, plum & sour cherries. Full body with mild tannins that balance harmoniously between fruity and spicy character, giving a long pleasant and velvety aftertaste. A high quality wine.

Food pairing:

Accompanies well full - bodied meat dishes, aged cheese and pasta.

Served between 15-18 degrees
